This policy explains how we deliver orders placed through portobello-egy.com.
1. Delivery areas
We deliver within Port Said and surrounding areas. If your address is outside our delivery zone, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order with a full refund.
2. Delivery times
- Prepared food and fresh items: delivered the same day, usually within 45 to 90 minutes during our opening hours (every day, 12:30 to 23:00; kitchen closes at 22:00).
- Packaged goods and kitchenware: delivered within 1 to 3 business days depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, traffic, high demand, or holidays may cause delays. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you.
3. Delivery fees
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- The final delivery fee is shown before you confirm and pay for your order.
4. Order confirmation
After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Our team may call to confirm your address and delivery time before dispatch.
5. Receiving your order
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
- For food items, please check your order at the door. If anything is wrong or missing, tell the courier immediately.
- If we cannot reach you or nobody is available to receive the order, additional delivery attempts may incur an extra fee.
6. Payment methods
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment. Available options are shown at checkout.
